LEONITA MHISHI – CEO/PRINCIPAL REGISTERED ESTATE AGENT
Leonita is the founder of House of Stone Properties, one of the top real estate agencies in the country. She has worked for various organizations holding key positions in Zimbabwe, Australia, China and various other countries. Experienced Property Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years. Skilled in Commercial Property Sales, Negotiation, Real Property, Diplomatic History, and International Relations, Leonita thrives in building business relationships grounded in adherence to the principles of honesty, transparency, integrity and legality, giving an assurance to all clients that all property dealings are done in conformity with the law. Leonita oversees the running of the company.
Leonita is a member of Registered Estate Agent (Zimbabwe) and holds International Marketing Management, Topflight Secretarial, ICSA, International Relations and Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) UNISA. She is also a committee member of the Diplomat Business Networking Group.

ABRAHAM NHIRA – HEAD OF SALES DEPARTMENT
Abraham has 20 plus years in sales marketing n business development, 5 years in property industry. Abraham oversees the Sales Department and is responsible for setting targets for HSP growth strategies, bringing new business and being directly in charge of the commercial and residential sales property portfolio. Abraham has built a solid foundation of clients in this industry through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first. He is always pushing and finding new and innovative ways to increase sales and revenue. He also possesses strong social skills that enable him to be a strong relationship builder with clients, colleagues and third-party stakeholders. In his own words “I am an approachable, motivated and confident property consultant with the ability to excel sales targets and make a real difference in the organization's revenue generation. I have expert knowledge of the selling process and I fully recognize the human and emotional aspects of buying and selling”.

CHANDRA JACK - MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Chandra is a conscientious Realtor with years of experience in Administration and Real Estate, She exudes credibility, commitment, determination and an infectious laugh. Chandra's passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach.
As a realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the property buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. Her clients can count on her any time of the day.
Chandra is also responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

BIANCA SAMOYO – ADMINISTRATOR
Bianca is a self-driven and self-oriented young woman who is always eager to learn. She has a Reception certificate and a diploma in Sales and Marketing (LCCI) with vast experience in the sales department. She previously worked for big companies such as Unilever Zimbabwe, Innscor and Schweppes Zimbabwe Limited and now joined the Real Estate industry as part of her journey of discovery. Her goal is to open up her mind to the endless possibilities that life has to offer. Her passion for learning and broadening her mind brought her to HSP, aiming to achieve both personal growth and success for the agency.

James is a qualified and experienced professional with over 20 years operational, tactical and strategic experience across Business Processes, and Industry sectors, as well as Consultancy. Has vast experience in Press and Public relations and managing corporate affairs. James has held project leadership roles, across manufacturing insurance and FMCG sectors. His experience has a successful track record of executive client service engagement and management. He has sound strategic and functional expertise and versatile professional background.
His competencies include development and implantation of strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, financial management, and good interpersonal skills. Has a sound understanding of the complexities involved in co-coordinating and implementing transformation programmes and has exceptional relationships management skills. James brings a wealth of functional, tactical and strategic management experience to the Real Estate sector.
TSITSI MASHINGAIDZE- SALES NEGOTIATOR
Tsitsi is an Accountant by profession, and has more than 3 decades of finance, administration and sales experience in the Private, NGO and Retail Sectors. Tsitsi joined real estate industry in 2022 but has shown she is a force to be reckoned with. She is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of her client's unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best properties. Throughout her career, Tsitsi has earned the trust of several national and international clients and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat business. She attributes her success to her ability to listen to customers and put their needs first.
YASMIN ARELI- SALES NEGOTIOTOR
Yasmin brings ten years of experience in real estate. She conveys excellent customer service, builds good rapport with clients and is committed and industrious. Yasmin listens to client’s needs and specifically tailors her services accordingly to each client. She communicates clearly and succinctly, cultivating strong lifelong relationships with clients.
BEVERLY MANYANGADZE- SALES NEGOTIOTOR
Beverly is a highly driven and a results oriented Agent. She is committed to listening to her client's needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
